How to indicate color of result to highlight in LSMRemote jobs?

SUMMARY:

LSMRemote now allows easily visualize the results for the jobs. For example, if you want to visually see how many patients (jobs) are positive or out of range, etc. for a given test.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Add color to parameter

2. Activate options in config.ini

1. Add color to parameter

  • Remember to add a parameter and designated a color to it. You can do it by going to LSM -> ADMIN -> PREFERENCES -> PARAMETERS.

    Note
    You can add the colors for parameter type numeric, where you want to highlight “in range” and “out of range” values.

  • Once you have added the parameters, you can add them in the relevant test.
    *Please refer to the Knowledge Base how to add a test in LSM.
  • Now you need to set options in LSMRemote.

2. Activate options in config.ini

  • Remember to add a parameter and designated a color to it. You can do it by going to LSMREMOTE -> CONFIG.IN
    *Please refer to the Knowledge Base on config.ini file in LSMRemote.

    Be Careful note
    *Remember you need to be superadmin to access config.ini feature.
  • You need to add the test & parameter name from the LSM, for which you have color coded parameter like below example image.
  • Be Careful note
    *Remember you need to add the exact name of test & parameter as that in LSM.


  • Now when you filter finished results you will be able to visualize the color coded results, like below, for example.
