This module stores information on equipment in the lab. This is useful to manage warranty and other contracts associated to each equipment. Equipment module offers you:
- To add equipment categories with its maintenance follow-up.
- Create control charts for equipment calibration.
- Connection to other modules in LabCollector.
- Reservation calendar of equipment module.
- Link the equipment to other add-ons like Electronic Lab NoteBook (ELN) or Lab Service Manager (LSM).
- Add alerts for maintenance, contract ending and warranty of equipment.
Equipment module also offers to mark the exact location of the storage of the equipment. Documents can be linked like manuals for example. Equipment maintenance record and tracking is included with alerting possibility. The maintenance alerts can be organized in different categories to manage different routines in the maintenance work.
