LabCollector connects bidirectionally with SIGAL (EDI DGAL – Direction Générale de l’Alimentation) so accredited laboratories can receive official requests, track samples and jobs, then send compliant results back to the French Ministry of Agriculture through the latest SIGAL sFTP exchange protocols. SIGAL is the Ministry’s standard data exchange system for DGAL laboratories. It relies on a structured XML format and a qualification process defined by the administration. LabCollector helps you meet these requirements while keeping your team focused on what matters most: the analyses. Ready to activate the SIGAL connectivity in LabCollector? • SIGAL → LSM: auto-create jobs, samples, parameters
  • LSM → SIGAL: generate compliant XML results
  • Secure transfer via latest SIGAL sFTP
  • Less admin time, fewer manual errors
  • Modern DGAL workflow

How the integration works (bidirectional)?

LabCollector (LSM)→SIGAL requests can be received and interpreted so LabCollector LSM automatically creates the work to do: tests, samples, parameters, tracking steps.
LabCollector SIGAL→LabCollector generates structured reports, the middleware converts/matches them to the expected SIGAL XML structure (EDILABO rules), then sends files through secure sFTP.

Why DGAL labs care?

SIGAL exchanges are not “just files”. They are regulated, standardized, and time-sensitive. This connectivity gives DGAL laboratories a more consistent way to operate across teams and sites, with less friction and better traceability.
