This is a major change in our procedure. Up until now, you would send us an email with your computer activation key and we would send back the license key that you had to copy and paste into LabCollector. This is now a thing of the past! 😊
From now on, your super-admin will be able to get a new license in less than 5 clicks. They will first need to link the LabCollector instance to the relevant service managed in our CRM), ensure that the correct version is selected and click on the button get license. That’s it!
