How to pay using LSMRemote Stripe or PayPal?

SUMMARY:

LSMRemote now allows to pay by PayPal or stripe method. This is for scenario where the customers/Requesters want to pay directly via the LSMRemote portal.

1. Configure the config.ini

4. Pay via Stripe/Paypal

1. Configure the config.ini

• IMPORANT: For the payment option to be active, you need to purchase “Billing” option in LSM and activate the cost parameters.
  Please refer the knowledge Base on how to create invoice template and add in cost option.
• For test labs that receive a request to perform tests (jobs) on a sample from a requester (clinic, hospital, etc), our Lab Service Management (LSM) add-on is the best option. However, to make the process easier we offer our utility LSMRemote which helps both you and the requester. LSMRemote application can be integrated into the website of the requester (clinic, hospital, etc).

• Be Careful note

  Please note that these options are not present as in the config.ini when you login as a superadmin in LSMRemote portal. It has to be accessed by the below mentioned path.
• Once the LSMRemote is installed you can configure various options by accessing the config.ini file.
  STRIPE: OS (C:) ->Program Files (x86) -> AgileBio -> LabCollector -> www -> your online instance name will be seen on a folder (click on that folder) -> extra_modules -> lsmremote -> plugins -> stripe -> config.ini
  
• PAYPAL: OS (C:) ->Program Files (x86) -> AgileBio -> LabCollector -> www -> your online instance name will be seen on a folder (click on that folder) -> extra_modules -> lsmremote -> plugins -> paypal -> config.ini
• If you are hosted on premise on your own servers, then you have the access to the config.ini file stripe and PayPal.
  If you are hosted with AgileBio servers then you can request us to change the setting for stripe and PayPal.
• Note
  LSMremote includes the demo config files, just have to rename from config_install.ini to config.ini in the stripe and  paypal subfolders

• Warning

  Always remember to take care that both LSMRemote & LSM are of the latest version. If you have a doubt, reinstall both of the add-ons from your client area. This is important for the correct functioning of both LSMRemote and LSM. If the LSM and LSMRemote are not of the latest version, some of the below options might not work.
• When you open the config.ini file you will various options whose functions are described below.
  *config.ini will open in a notepad
  * You need to save every change you make.

2. Create a template of Invoice in LSM

• You can create invoice template and also now add header and footer.
• You need to organize and add template you made in the cost option in LSM.

• You can use several dynamic fields to create the invoice.

• You can also add invoice template in different languages depending on the requester requirement.

3. Create a job in LSMRemote

• After you have change the config.ini, you need to

4. Pay via Stripe/PayPal

• Wen you create a job in LSMRemote as a quote, you will see the job in quoted state and you (customer/requester providing samples for the tests/job) need to click on he quote option.
  
• When you click on the $ sign icon, you will see the below page where you can provide the payment.
