In Event calendar add-on, you can set up one calendar to see all the maintenance of your equipment. It will be useful if you have recurrence in annual maintenance and/or a lot of equipment.

Please follow these few steps to configure this option:

1. Copy “/extra_modules/eventcal/cron/equipment_maintenance.php” to LabCollector UserFiles folder
2. In Events Calendar create a calendar where the maintenance events will be inserted under Calendars menu
3. Create a LabCollector CRON task where the script field is “equipment_maintenance.php” where ID is the ID of the created calander on step 2 of this tutorial
